The article explains whats going on.   Chapter 11 bankreptcy.  U can buy "new" equipment as long as its approved by the court, and seen as part of a plan that leads to the comany becoming solvent. 

Personally, I expect that any viable parts of IPH will be sold off, as I dont see that IPH will ever be able to dig out from under its debt load as it currently exists...just my opinion.

the receiver has told the court they are bailing.....this is headed to a fight between debtors for whatever they can get........sure hope  MHRR survives.      Arlen
