The reality is that a dedicated group of employees, working across many specific functions, do their very best to keep the far-flung Amtrak system operating on a day-in and day-out basis. What does it represent? I always enjoy seeing the circled "R" next to the word Amtrak. Reminding everyone that the name is trademarked. Back in the day I had regular dealings with CNOC and while we didn't always see things the same way the folks there always acted in a reasonable and professional manner. Areas CNOC covers previously associated as being west of Harrisburg and not under wire (aka Indian Country).

Good one... Andy Date: 04/09/20 18:05 Re: The Center of it All Author: stanhunter I second this. It's the outside world that's pure chaos. The times I was there, CNOC was filled with some of the most professional railroaders I have ever met.
