Amtrak 30 of the 1st

Amtrak 30 of the 1st departed Chicago on-time with a NS SD60E 7022, CSX AC4400CW 201, and Amtrak 195. Same lash-up that came in late off train 29 except the faulty 69 was replaced with working 195.

Amtrak probably has to return those freight units back to their home districts, or pay mileage to the railroads.

Amtrak should keep the NS/CSX power.
