How long is this ACF Car?

If I'm not mistaken, that's a 73 footer pulling face to pulling face.

Are you referring to the AC&F Postal Storage car, 5714,  built in 1957? Which was named "Pony Express" (1st) from 1993 until 2004.

Or are you referring to the St Louis Car Postal Storage car, 5817, built in 1960? Which was named "Pony Express" (2nd) from 2019.

Each car is a different length.

5714 is 73' - 10" over coupler pulling faces.

5817 is 85' over coupler pulling faces.
