One was female. Mother of a 6 year old. But the mainstream media won't give this much coverage. It doesn't fit their narrative of "peaceful" protests.

Made CBS and NBC national coverage on Sunday morning. And NPR news reporting.

A few people chanting something is hateful, and should be condemned.

Just like a few people driving their cars and trucks into protesters has been condemned. Or a guy traveling across state lines to kill protesters.

This news clip from a local station in a previous post on this thread was very extensive and discussed the little known about the incident. Nobody has identified a motive for the shooting so until we know more let’s not link it to protests.

Sickening, even more so because of blatant attempts by other lowlifes trying to block entry to the ER.  Those individuals need to be arrested and charged with hate crimes.

The BBC is generally a good news source for the US but especially for international.

But in this case they were wrong. NOT ONE of the local ststions reported anything about a protest at the hospital.
Yes, there was a couple of "we hate all cops" types who showed up and tried to get on camera and that was about it.

It's pretty far down in this story but it's in this link. The way the Internet is supported a webpage may not be in all regions at the same moment.

A big splash for the story was the President going to Twitter with his comments, he does that to get around media Editorial issues on a story or comment. There's also a number of comments from other Cities, often a slow start on Sunday mornings.

'The sheriff's department said protesters had temporarily blocked St. Francis Hospital's emergency room entrance as some people gathered outside the hospital, quoting one phrase shouted out as “We hope they die.”There was a confrontation between the LASD and protesters, which led to the temporary closure of streets around the hospital.Local civil rights leaders, who have often questioned shootings and other tactics by the sheriff's department, focused their energy on condemning Saturday's attack.'

From the ABC7 link,

"A small crowd, including some apparent demonstrators, gathered near the hospital in Lynwood where the deputies were transported. Witnesses say members in the group were chanting anti-law enforcement slogans and at one point tried to get inside the hospital."

Also note that there is Video of the shooting and some Video at the hospital. It should be available for any media site.

Perhaps instead of trying to second guess International new outlet offerings maybe it would be better to say a prayer or two, or more for the hopeful recovery of the officers.  I know I have.

I condemn all violence, from either side.   I challenge the right to also condemn  all violence too.

Trying to not get too far from Trains, one problem with the International News Media is that they think we're all nuts... and have thought that way for a long time.

I'd link it to Public Execution of Police by an anarchist.

The narrative is that we condemn all violence, and ur tribe looks for excuses to justify violence from your side, and use fear to move your agenda.
The Trump campaign will have a field day.
Tell me im wrong
