Presently 4th story down..looks like they may be more comfortable starting the Ethan Allen first, probably due to relatively shorter extension from ALB north, but the Vermonter may come shortly after.

He at least understands, like Moorman, that it won't help the operating budget, so easier to convince it is self-defeating, absent any toxic influence by Coscia and Gardner.
