Sacramento Northern 66 location question

I've heard for years that SN Birney car 66 is used as a house in Chico, California on 23rd Ave.

Can anyone confirm the exact location? I've checked it out via various street views, but haven't seen it. I am heading that way soon and would like to get eyes on it.

I took a look on Google Earth. 23rd Street is a short street near the fairgrounds, but it's primarily residential and there are so many trees that it is hard to tell what might be there.
The SN web site says that the #6 was condemmed by the City of Chico in 2000, but it doesn't say the disposition of it.
