Passenger Trains > North American Railway Stations Part 34Date: 09/23/20 03:33 North American Railway Stations Part 34 Author: andersonb109 This is the Anaheim, CA Regional Transit Center. Photo was taken out the window of an Amtrak Surfliner train. This has to rank as one of the stranger looking stations I've photographed. A Google search shows a much more impressive looking building from the inside. Lots of light and open space.

But time didn't allow as I was meeting a friend to spend the day with prior to boarding our PV's on the back of the Chief that evening.

Get's a little crazy when the Ducks and the Angels are both playing on the same night! It is used by about 1,000 Amtrak, Metrolink and bus riders daily, far from the cooked up 10,000 projection. Should get the "Golden Fleece" award for wasting taxpayer money.
