Looks like both the red horiz lights and the top green vertical light are out.    I would  expect that cab signals and PTC will confirm the actual signal indication.
Since a dark signal should be considered a stop signal, I guess we are OK there, and one of the green lights confirms that its a clear signal.

Expect maintenance will be on it shortly. unless the signal is bulletined OOS.

Nothing that peculiar tho.  just burned out lights

65 years ago I spent many a pleasant Friday evening in warm weather at the far end of the opposite platform where one could look down on Reading Co activity plus all the PRR and PRSL passenger trains.  Many, many PRR freight trains, as well.  Different times, different neighborhood, different circumstances.
