Took a trip to NJ from Florida to visit our son, daughter and grandson and took tme to go to Lyndhurst at De Cort Part to get some NJT. Here are 3 pics I took on April 5, 2021.

Awesome photo work! Having lived not terribly far from the grade crossing next to DeKorte Park, I have been to that spot many times. It's great that you were able to get one of the NJT trains with one of the two NJT F40s on the point.

Are the CNJ GPs the oldest engines in regular US passenger service now?  I can't think of anything older.

I’m off up to NY/NJ in early June to try ride behind some of those old Geep/F40’s.
Were these locos on Port Jervis/Suffren trains? Is it a lottery with what works where or do old engines work a specific line and those new things work another.
