After de boarding the autotrain today in Sanford the SB Silver Star passed on-time with 2 Units, a Tuscan red FRA private car, 2 coaches, a cafe car, a diner, 2 sleepers, and a baggage car

Does the FRA pay Amtrak to move their equipment? Just wondering ..

You saw FRA DOTX 221 - which is an automated track inspection car. Suspect Amtrak and the railroads provide access for the car's work at no charge.
