Passenger Trains > Equipment at APTA Conference in OrlandoDate: 10/22/21 14:28 Equipment at APTA Conference in Orlando Author: PacificElectric1961 I'm getting ready for the American Public Transit Association conference in Orlando the week of November 7th. Looking over the agenda it looks like there will be several rail vehicles on display. Stadler is bringing the Caltrain EMU and the FLIRT DMU for the Redlands, CA route. Wabtec claims they are going to dispaly their battery electric locomotive. Siemens Mobility doesn't mention if they'll be displaying equipment. I'll try to post some photos.
Could be an opportunity for Orlando folks to get photos of the comings and goings of equipment to the Convention Center. My first APTA Expo was in New Orleans at age 13. Superliner II sleeping car Arkansas was in the building and open for tours. Sure made an impression on this kid!
