Leaving over an hour late, passengers getting mad and two ejected by APD. Track 18 was pretty tense... Didn't 352 also suffer decay at IT? Sure did. Reason? Amtrak unable to turn equipment.. Short on equipment and crews..

Actually a good riot at CUS by Amtrak passengers could be a very wholesome embarrassment for Amtrak.  When your gross incompetence is on the front page of the Chicago Tribune, maybe Finley et al will get a clear unmistakeable message that Chicago is completely out of order and needs concentrated knowledgable new management.
