PV on No. 6 thru Truckee today

Truckee webcam showed Amtrak No. 6 had a round end observation car on the rear end this afternoon running only a couple of minutes late.  I couldn't make out any identifying lettering or markings.

It was Babbling Brook. The CZ was holding in the yard as we came in on #11 with Puget Sound rearmost. Cyrus K. Holliday joined us at Jack London Square for an early arrival into all stations run to LA.
We return to Oakland tomorrow night on #14 and layover until the 4th and departure for Chicago. Home to St. Louis on # 303 on Sunday 5/8.

If this is in regards to Puget Sound, it was at one time before I became involved with the car. It has been St. Louis based for a few years now. Living only 20 minutes away has its benefits.
