Just a single roundtrip for now. Still need to hire more crew to restore full service on the Cascades routes between Vancouver BC and Eugene, Oregon. Washington DOT said they could have it going in September. Since WDOT are the ones funding these trains I guess they get to call the shots. Not just CBP on the US side, you have CBSA on the Canadian side too. But from all reports they should be able to handle it.
