Date: 11/21/22 10:42 Re: Amtrak 718 equipment Author: Highspeed All-Comet, single-level with trap doors equipment. No cafe car - only complimentary snack packs and water.
And an NPCU ‘Cabbage Car’ on the Bakersfield end. Equipment turns 718-713 everyday. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 11/21/22 13:54 by Highspeed. Can't believe we are talking about vending machines all these years after the S.P. vendomats disappeared. The San Joaquins used to have a dining car service with meals better than the current offerings on Eastern long-distance trains ! Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 11/22/22 19:22 by SanDiegan. |
