Passenger Trains > Very late #4-20 At Darling In The DaylightDate: 01/22/23 09:32 Very late #4-20 At Darling In The Daylight Author: tferk The eastbound Southwest Chief is usually through my neighborhood before sunrise, but yesterday it was 5 hours, 27 minutes late out of Flagstaff, AZ, allowing a daylight view of the train with the San Francisco Peaks in the background.

Timing was perfect, had to referee a hockey game there at 11:30, #4 showed up around 10:35 and was there for 10 minutes. FYI there was a geometry train 10 minutes behind #4. Cell phone shot  |
