Passenger Trains > another unusual consist

#380 had another unusual consist this morning: 1 "Northeast Regional" Cafe Car, 1 coach, 1 Cafe Car. All Amfleet. There have been some strange consists on this train lately. Recently it has been 2 cars: Amcafe and Amcoach, and in one case Amcoach and a baggage car(!?). Now we have a second food service car. Amtrak operates in strange ways.

Look who is in charge of the company.  The sooner Gardner and his Cronies are gone the better.  They have no conception of how to operate passenger trains.
