Passenger Trains > 51(24) Service EruptionDate: 05/25/23 09:22 51(24) Service Eruption Author: PC1974 Did anyone hear what 51 hit at Smithson Rd this am on the Monon? Left IND with E/157 on the point.
UPDATE: Trash Truck. Pic included.... Poor Red Bird. UPDATE #2: Correct unit number, I inverted it... I was half asleep when I watched it go by IJ Tower... Edited 2 time(s). a regular occurence with the Cardinal over the last 6 months. WFLI in Lafayette reports 3 injuries, 2 in the vehicle and 1 on the Cardinal... Edited 1 time(s). Maybe coming to CHI with one of the ditch lights busted out. I didn't get a chance to see the front of the train, so anxious to get a look at what all the talk has been about!
