FL Tri-Rail vs Mercedes Benz

Driver went around stopped traffic, crashed through the quad gate. Came to rest on the northbound track, just south of Lake Worth Beach station.

The car made quite a fire. Driver died. I believe the cab car end of the train made the hit.

Local media has taken an increasingly unsympathetic view toward people who do stupid things.  Driving around several cars waiting at the lowered crossing gates qualifies.

In recent street and boardwalk shootings, terms like "coward who shot into a crowd" and "person who took the life of a young mother" have entered the dialogue.
