Passenger Trains > Amtrak 29

Amtrak 29 was about 3-1/2 hours late west of Cleveland this AM. I didn't check the progress of it soon enough to get out for a photo, but it sounded on the scanner like they were making a stop at MP 224 (Risden Road) west of Vermilion and being met by the police. Or maybe it was some other issue there, but in any case the police and Amtrak  were both there. I heard the dispatcher tell them ok to proceed after a bit.
