Passenger Trains > Amtrak jobs available in April

Amtrak continues to offer many job positions to qualified candidates.  Sheet metal worker in Rensselaer (but not Beech Grove), electrician jobs in Chicago, Boston, Beech Grove, Miami, Rensselaer, paying $25-$34 per hour.  That seems low to me in a surging economy. Machinist in DC, Seattle, and Rensselaer. Pays $27-$37.

No conductor or conductor trainee jobs, passenger engineer jobs in DC and Salt Lake City. Carman journeyman jobs in several places. The train master job in Florence SC is still open, months later. There's one in Pomona CA, too.  One new position I haven't seen before is M/W repairman ($34-$38) in Delaware which appears to be  operating large trucks and repairing same + track service equipment.

Either Amtrak has filled all the previously open jobs in Beech Grove (electrician, sheet metal, HVAC, machinist) or they're taking a break and processing the applicants.

Sheet metal worker in Beech Grove (second position)

Electricians all over - Rensselaer, Chicago, DC, Boston, Beech Grove, and Kansas City

No on board service or dining car positions

Assistant VP of Loyalty & Customer Engagement  - to develop an overhaul of Amtrak Rewards, build a team of professional marketers, work with channel intermediaries, etc.  Pays well, starting at $213k and moving to $277k
