Southwest Chief delay…again…and again…and

So how did the Southwest Chief get almost Seve hours behind.  Albuquerque...before?  After?  Seems like kind of a continuing saga.

4 is 10+ hours late in Kansas, with a BNSF leader

Seems like it is always the Chief with dead P42s the last 6 months or so.

They had a bad pass with #3, some trackwork being done, and signal trouble.  SMH!

This is only like the 2ND time they had to get a BNSF Unit, but the locomotive issues are getting bad, was afraid last week 3 was gonna have a freight engine in Gallup after they set out the BO Lounge Car!

So far between #3 and #4 in 2024, total of 5 needed BNSF to help..
