Does anyone know the status of these cars? How many years have they now been delayed?

IDK, but Siemens keeps stamping out train sets for VIA Rail.

There was one Venture cafe car in the yard south of Chicago Union Station this morning. First one I have seen.

Brightline will also be getting the first tranche of ten cars to expand its sets by one car  in a couple of months.

The Venture car I saw in Amtrak’s 14th Street Yard in Chicago is #4301 and has not moved all week.
