Can someone point me to the date for the return of the PCCs in Philadelphia. And will they stll run on Girrard Ave?

The date has not yet been announced.  The PCC III fleet will run between 63rd/Girard Ave and Richmond/Westmoreland, Route 15.

My understanding is that the Richmond-Westmoreland terrminal was completed after service on the line stopped, so the resumption will mark its first use in revenue service.
