In case anyone cares as of this morning 301 is sitting outside the Chicago shop, nestled between IDOT Chargers, which I guess it kinda is at the moment. You might remember it was the to be the first Siemens to lead the Empire Builder out of Chicago.... They faked it up as the leader even though it wasn't.. It would be interesting to know if it’s always something different like a lot of faulty parts managed to converge in this one hapless unit or stuff just isn’t getting fixed right.
Anyone know what happened on the test train? Now with the engine issue, did the QSK95 blow up? |
