#14 has been stopped just south of Salinas, anyone know what's up?

Our son is on the train and it supposedly hit a truck trailer.

Hit a semi truck south of Salinas. Will likely be 3 hours late into there and points north and probably lose more time. Late trains get later.

Now stopped North of Klamath Falls, Oregon at Modoc Point Siding. Waiting on a recrew for a tied up southward UP train too long to clear the north end of the siding. DS 68 advised them they will take a hit there. 1:17pm.
