_ _ 03/10/25 10:00am EDT _ Service Disruption: As of 5:49 AM CT Due to track closure _ stemming from a freight derailment Sunset Limited Train _ 1 which is scheduled to depart New Orleans (NOL) on 3/10 _ is canceled between New Orleans (NOL) and San Antonio (SAS) _ with bus transportation provided. And how is service going to be provided west of San Antonio if the equipment remains in NOL?

What are you suggesting, Amtrak try to run the train even after the railroads that own the tracks, and would have to provide the pilots crews tell them no? That sound like a great plan! (sarcasm) |
