Here's a night time whole train screen grab from VR's Lafayette live cam  As best as I could decipher from watching the consist in slo-mo on the live cam, I think the 1st Surfliner was a "Pacific Business Class" car and the 2nd Surfliner might have been a cab/baggage car but as I'm an east coaster, I'm not familiar with this west coast hardware! And a flashing crew man was riding in P42 #25 as it passed the cam at 2227 Tuesday 3/18/25.

Questions: Where does #50 drop the shop cars - I'm guessing at IUS?
Also, apparently there is an engineer in the cab of P42 #25, #50's power beyond Indianapolis - does that mean the 13 car train out of Chicago has a special shop move # different from #50? Thx.

Negative, I used the lafayette cam. I can only get numbers off the MH cam as 51 wyes slowly in the daylight or if I happen to be off and able to make it downtown.
