These guys were switching the Steelcare facility at the western end of CP's Aberdeen yard in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada back in '00. These facilities (in this area CP has one, CN has two) handle steel coils from the local mills - they're brought in by truck and loaded onto coil cars.
