People out enjoying the second day of the Lunar New Year, at Taichung station in Taiwan. Although not visible in this picture, the railways also dressed up for the new year with red lanterns hanging from the ceilings and couplets written over the doors of the stations. The Taichung station was built by the Japanese during the construction of Taiwan's western line, and it still retains its old looks, unlike most of the stations bulldozed in the name of progress. It also reminds me of Tokyo station (a bit).
