Trolleys in Australia new cars

rode the new Gold Coast trolleys a few months ago, they are on par with the best European systems i rode in 2014

Interesting! Is this a Bombardier Flexcity tram? Or are they simply using same looking components?

yes Flexcity 2 version Built in Germany at Bautzen 

similar trolleys are in Blackpool UK,Basel Switzerland,

China and Belgium as well will have them

Thanks for the video! How different they look in these colors...

I wonder if Bombardier has managed to root some of the noise issues found in for example Stockholm, Swden units? Flexcitys there are incredibly noisy inside for the low running speeds on streets.

these Aussie  trams are incredibly silent at any speed
