As promised, some video of rail action from South Australia filmed in September and October last year. In the video we have.. The Overland passenger train hauled by a Pacific National NR. A loaded Genesee & Wyoming grain train climbing the 2.2% grades hauled by a GWA, CLP, CLP, FQ combo (SD70ACe, SD40-3, SD40-3, SD70 equivilant combo). A Pacific National intermodal freight climbing the Adelaide Hills with a NR, AN, DL combo (C40-9, SD60, SD59). Last an Aurizon intermodal train climbing the 2.2% grade into Mt. Lofty in foggy conditions with a LDP, X, X combo or in US terms a SD70ACe, SD38AC, SD38AC! Cheers, Justin Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 02/14/16 02:47 by AussieGWAdriver. Love the 2nd scene at Petwood - nice how they planted the bushes on the hillside to spell out the town's name. Keep 'em coming from down under!

and someone at Whidbey Island decided we needed to be there. The XO of our squadron called me in about a month later and asked me why there were so many decamineary problems with my Det. My response was "how would you feel if you had two great ports of call coming up, and were flown back to Whidbey Island in November". He dismiss me with no further questions....
