Thanks for posting the link. Searched just now for a Japanese version of the article published August 8, which was the announcement for this train. This is supposed to be the first such train anywhere in Japan.

For people trying to pinpoint the location of the Yoro Railway train, the article is confusing (it takes longer than 90 minutes to go from Tokyo, since going to Ogaki requires a ~100 minute Shinkansen ride plus a transfer at Nagoya to the non-HSR Tokaido Line, about a 2 hour trip total). A better location reference is Nagoya (Japan's third largest metropolitan area), which is about half an hour from Ogaki.

Besides the nitpick, nice article!

LOL!! :) Nope! Dogs drool, CATS rule! <G>

Sounds like a great service.

Woould be great fur us cat-lovers, but I see it gives
you paws, because you love dogs. Well -- Not gonna
cast as-Persians on your taste in pets, just point-ing
out that felines are purr-fect. Hope I did not make
you Manx-ious by posting this. And, no, I'm not kitten!
