Do you know what the US number and owner was of the BB36-7? Just curious, Ted in OR Date: 06/20/18 17:33 Re: VLI Divinopolis shops (Brazil) Author: pedrop fca 7493 is former ATSF B36-7 7493. The pic below shows it when arrived in Brazil. It was the ugliest locomotive in the BB36-8 fleet. It is the only locomotive in the 74xx series to receive the fca orange livery.

I know that ALL stands for Atlantico Logistica Latina, but what does FCA stand for and who are they? Very similiar to FCA (Bolivia) and FCA (Peru).. Dale Brown Date: 07/08/18 11:45 Re: VLI Divinopolis shops (Brazil) Author: pedrop FCA here stands for Ferrovia Centro Atlântica. It is a group of companies that got the rights to operate the biggest narrow gauge network in Brasil linking six states in the northeast and southeast. Nowadays fca is managed and operated by VLI, a new company created by Vale mining to manage all other cargos but ore and coal in its tracks.

Thanks for the answer. Dale Date: 07/09/18 14:04 Re: VLI Divinopolis shops (Brazil) Author: pedrop In Brazil, it will be difficult to see a new fca logo since VLI added its own logo on fca rolling stock. But there are many old locos and freight cars still using fca logos. They will be removed as they enter to the shops for maintenance.
