FCAB rebuilt the entire 567 fleet with 645 power assemblies in the 1980's, and subsequent new arrivals were converted prior to being placed in service. For the last 20 years the Maestranza has stocked a standardised 645 power assembly for all C and E crankcases. Don’t think there’s a single piece of vegetation to be see - or at least. If enough to be modeled.

Did you look at Wikipedia? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EMD_G12 Clyde in Australia were the only builders of G12C GR12 was a separate model family, longer to accommodate the C-C bogies Clyde designed their frames independently of EMD, don't be confused by the Australian G12C nomenclature, the Clyde was as long as a GR12. In the 1960's Queensland still used wet spaghetti for rail, Hence Clyde building long skinny lightweights. In license built locos the EMD nomenclature refers to the mechanical/electrical kit EMD supplied to the licensee. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 06/17/19 19:02 by jmt. Thank you. I had checked Wikipedia but didn't see anything about it on the G12 page. They did mention on their list of EMD locomotives that they made the GR12 but the article hadn't been created. Try searching in Spanish, use "locomotora GR12" https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Locomotora_EMD_GR12 Also Andre Kristopan's list. http://www.angelfire.com/ny5/andrethebusman/page2.html GR-12 26111-26113 01/61 (702582-702584) National Iron Ore 21-23 (Liberia) 26607-26612 03-04/61 (702587-702592) Antonofagasta & Bolivia 1400-1405 (Chile) 26892-26910 02-04/62 (700190-700208) Chilean State Rys Dt13.01-Dt13.19 26911-26913 11/61 (700209-700211) Cia de Acero del Pacifico 701-703 (Chile) 26914-26915 12/61 (700212-700213) National Iron Ore 24-25 (Liberia) 27026-27085 03-05/62 (700289-700348) Argentine State Rys (Sarmiento Lines) 6576-6635 27802 02/63 (700522) National Iron Ore 27 (Liberia) 27962-27977 08-09/63 (700575-700590) National Rys of Colombia 401-416 28354-28355 03/64 (700718-700719) Sfax-Gafsa Ry 501-502 (Tunisia) 28549-28552 09-10/64 (700765-700768) Antonofagasta & Bolivia 1406-1409 (Chile) 29146-29156 04-06/64 (710004-710014) National Rys of Colombia 417-427 29301-29302 06/64 (710042-710043) Cerro de Pasco 31-32 (Peru) 30257-30258 06/65 (710262-710263) Cerro de Pasco 33-34 (Peru) 30326-30327 07/65 (710272-710273) Sfax-Gafsa Ry 503-504 (Tunesia) 30532 09/65 (710310) Chile Iron Mines 5 30626-30628 10/65 (710341-710343) Andes Copper Mining Co 91-93 (Chile) 31481-31482 08/66 (710487-710488) S African Iron & Steel D31-D32 31607-31608 04/66 (710495-710496) Cerro de Pasco 35-36 (Peru) 31659 05/66 (710542) Cerro de Pasco 37 (Peru) 31727 08/66 (710549) National Iron Ore 26 (Liberia) 31728-31730 10-11/66 (710550-710552) Cia de Acero del Pacifico 704-706 (Chile) 31731 08/66 (710553) S African Iron & Steel D33 31867-31868 09/66 (710622-710623) Sfax-Gafsa Ry 505-506 (Tunesia) 34119-34120 10/69 (711113-711114) Chile Iron Mines 6-7 Very few GR12 have been scrapped, most are still running. Some in Peru, and Bolivia (ex Colombia), heavily rebuilt with cab moved forward. FCAB rebuilt 7 ex Colombians with 12-645E3 in 2008-12 period.
