Sounds like they use new cast Nathan P3 horns there. Similar to old SP.

Val engine # 1311:  There appears to be two red lights and something that is large and white on the top of the nose of the engine.  What are they used for?

Hi, the red lights and the video camera in the nose are of the crewless system used in the 12 units that worked to lead ore trains in the area in danger of dam collapse, like happened in 2019 here when a dam collapsed and kill 254 employees. Since than, in some dam with risk of coĺlapse, the trains that run in the area in front of them were prepared to run remotally, in general 12 to 20 km. Vale ceased the use of crewless train for while, but MRS still moving up to four trains a day remotally in the area in front of dams. But MRS use another system different from the one developed by Vale.
The white ball on the top of nose is a GPS antenna of VLI on board system.

28) The flash lights and GPS antenna.
