Do you have a 2020 update about the status of steam in Zimbabwe? Without external funding, it is unlikely that any of the several other locomotives stored in Bulawayo will see any further operation.
611, heavily featured in this video, has a bent boiler cradle and is being either scrapped or may have the power bogies re-used to make another engine eventually. Equipment was obtained from Rovos Rail who is no longer allowed to use wood structure cars in SA on the main lines. Photo from 2011 follows.
