Hi, today I found train C199 with steel coils here at EVP yard.  The coils are  going to Ford plant in Bahia. But, due the lack of special cars for coils, VLI uses flat cars to carry them and the cars need some bulkhead welding to the coils not move during the transportation, since the tracks from here to Bahia is very sinuous.
