Iron cast train 0682 (Brazil)

Hi, today I had the opportunity to take pics of MRS train O682 here in town. MRS retained the train here for more that ten hours since the destination yard FBO was congestioned all day. The train had gondolas with iron cast and containers with diverse cargos.

Interesting cast iron and container MRS train rolling in more rugged countryside. I see the grass is the same color as my backyard, dry golden brown. We got almost a half inch of rain this morning in Ritzville, WA with gusty winds.

Hi, Brazil has two main gauges: 1 600mm and 1,000mm. The biggest part of the network is narrow gauge, about five times more. A law from 1990's determined that the new railroads to be built must be broad gauge. So, that's why we see the new railroads being built in broad gauge. But the narrow gauge system is really big and efficient in many locations and never will be spread out.
