Hi, yesterday  11/15, I visited EVP yard in downtown and could watch nice trains. 
1 - 2) Vale empty BB40-9W 's running as train L798 after deliver a couple of VLI BB40-9WM to the yard.
3) U20C's parked at track #4.

Interesting video showing off many different locomotives. Sure a big difference in size from the standard and narrow guage power.

Are those GEs standard-gauge units with narrow gauge trucks?  Are there notable operating limits for those (easier to tip over on curves, etc)?

Hi, yes they are standard gauge Dash 9's with narrow gauge  trucks for better weight distribution and also to ease on the tight curves.
