Brazilian Portuguese is just enough like Mexican Spanish, for those of us who know a tiny but of the latter, to be very confusing. "One of the best companies to work for in Brazil." Thank you, Google Translate.

Good stuff Pedro.

I've seen some of your vids where narrow gauge engines are pulling standard gauge cars, and vice-versa, but do they ever run mixed-gauge consists?

Yes, they run mixed gauge consist with blocks separated by special car called "madrinha" that have dual couplers for broad and narrow gauge. It is possible to have a broad gauge block leading the train and a narrow gauge units leading another block of narrow gauge cars, both connect by a madrinha car.

Very interesting - I'm sure you have videos showing that, and I've probably seen them and didn't realize it!  Will have to pay better attention next time I watch - damn multitasking always makes you miss something!
