Hi, friends of mine sent me some pictures taken at Progress Rail when they were loading the unit on the truck.

That strange radiator section over the walkway shall be good to protect the yardman from the sun in the hot desert operations.

What is the routing for the locomotive to Chile?  Will it be shipped via ocean freight?  Or trucked via Mendoza and over the Andes with the 36 switchback turns as you go down the summit?

Word here they're coming on a ship,  most likely to the Port of San Antonio.

They are going to Santos port to be shipped to Chile.

Unit 3309 is on the truck too. The plate is from unit 3307.
