Big torpedo car for molten steel (Brazil)

Hi, today I found this brand new torpedo car leaving Delp Co. here in town. It is going to Gerdau Steel plant in Ouro Branco MG, about 130 km from here.

1 - 3) Ready to leave Delp Co.

It hauls molten steel from the furnace to the caster.

Most likely four three axle trucks.

Actually it has eight four wheel trucks;  the inner pair have shields over the journal bearings to reduce the radiant heat they would see.

Yes, I didn't perceive the inner trucks in the small drawing.
I saw the two axles trucks leaving Delp plant sometimes ago.
