RDC, along with some other investors, started FCCA back in the 1990s to operate the recently privatized line.

Despite the grim, they look nice in that red and yellow scheme.

When visiting, it was interesting to see how the power was divided between the normal-clearance engines working close to Lima, and the highly modified smaller clearance ones working farther inland.
