More action at Vilcuya, Chile
Author: masterphots

Here are a couple of more photos of Vilcuya station on the former Transandino line.  This used to be a station stop for all passenger trains and today is the only passing siding on the 20 mile line.

1.  Westbound railbus 1023.   ca 1956
2.  Fepasa 1820W meets 1821E on 3/3/16.  This was before the copper concentrate was carried in sealed containers.

That is an iconic rail bus, common seen in Bolivia too. People loves to ride on the top.
