Congrats on video of the day!

As someone who's not familiar with Australian railroads, is the paint scheme on that lead F-unit here supposed to be based on the Erie Railroad?

I think the Erie was the inspiration for the scheme. This is what the State of Victoria chose to put on their diesels all those years ago when new.
