A nice looking locomotive.  But lots of "Ghetto Grills" over most of the glass on the engine.  Assume this line must run through some nasty neighborhoods with a lot of rock (or worse) throwers.

Nowadays it is a standard practice here for the employee security to protect the windshields and windows with screens like those. There were some acccidents with rock thrown by vandals that enjuried the crew in the past.

What does Impasa mean?  I see they are equipped with trip optimizer.  Do crews like that?

Instead of putting screens all over, they should put slots in the cab so you can stick your gun out and take care of the problem

Impasa means Industria Paraguaya Alcoholes S.A. it was founded in Paraguai in 2007 and openned the business in Brazil in 2019. Impasa produces ethanol from corn.
Only rumo rr uses trip optimizer in Brazil. All employee that I know hate it.

From what I read US railroad employees don't like trip optimizer either.
