International Railroad Discussion > Ballast train V606 (Brazil)Date: 08/17/23 18:36 Ballast train V606 (Brazil) Author: pedrop On Tuesday 15, I found ballast train V606 arriving here in town with three BB40-9W's and a U20C. Actually, the U20C shown is the common units for this train, but that day it took a hide to three dash nine to EVP yard.
1 - 2) The train waiting licence to enter EVP yard. Vale EFVM 1202 is the last one to wear the old brown livery; 3) The train on track #3 passing by Liz cement factory. I imagine they have horses at home;
5) V606 approaching the station where it was parked; 6) The train stopped. They are 8 axles units. tomstp Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Pedro, do those big GE units have traction motors > on all axels or just one per truck?
