International Railroad Discussion > One Month Ago: A Small Taste of Melbourne Trams

Thursday was allocated to actually doing something touristy, a tour of the Great Ocean Road (12 Apostles, Otway National Park) along the coast west of Melbourne but I snapped a few of Melbourne's many, many trams (streetcars). Melbourne's tram network is extensive and busy.

1. One of the more modern single cars southbound on St. Kilda.

2. One of the older style of single cars northbound on St. Kilda. They are literally running like streetcars - there are four visible in this one shot.

3. Evidently there is a new Avatar movie.
